It is a French\/German consortium helped by institutional partners.<\/p>\n<p>On my tests so far it works quite nicely, giving me the results I want on the top places (something that never happens when I try Bing, for instance).<\/p>\n<p>Being European, it puts also more weight on European sites, which is usually what we are looking for. The artificial intelligence behind and automatic correction of misspelled words works well.
